This month turned out a bit different than planned. Roger had planned on joining our other Pastoral Staff at a pastors’ conference in Louisville. However, allergies won the day and both Roger and Nancy were feeling punk, so instead of Nancy leading YAH as planned, Roger was able to lead with a scratchy voice.
But we still had a great program. Nancy did a piano prelude prior to the program.
The program was another new one for us and I think it was a keeper, so we will plan on this one again. Glenn Parks (The Banjo Man) joined us for a morning of music, stories and laughs!
Glenn provided a good mix of music styles including country and gospel. Glenn was joined by his wife Pat but she doesn’t sing; only corrects his jokes! You’ll have to listen, if you missed this, to hear what I mean.
You can hear all of Glenn’s pickin’ HERE!
Remember, you can always click on an image to see it in a larger size!
We were privileged to have John Coons give a short devotional about the meaning of The Cross. You can listen to John HERE!
